Baby is Packed!!
I have everything packed and ready to go for Johanna. Now Mom and I have to fit clothes for five days into these two suitcases too. That may be a trick.
We are driving to Amarillo, Texas on Easter Sunday, sometime in the afternoon. We fly to Guatemala the next morning. I HATE flying but this trip will be so worth it.

So excited for all of you! It's great to pack and realize you will be putting those clothes on your baby! I cannot wait to see the pictures of you being able to meet and hold your baby for the first time!
You're almost there....
Donna and Ava
LOL! Wait till you see how much lugagge we have :-) I'm still trying to avoid checking 4 bags, but it's going to be iffy. And, I keep adding more things for Lili. On my last visit trip she had some big problems with blow-outs. We went through 2 outfits a day for a few days. Therefore, I'm taking a minimum of 2 outfits per day for her, plus extra p.js just in case.
Also, if you haven't bought them already, go get some of the Sassy scented disposable bags. You'll be glad you have them for throwing away dirty diapers in the hotel room. You can get them at Sears and K-Mart.
YEA! You're getting so close! :) Can't wait to see the pictures!!! Walmart has some similar bags to the ones Debbie was talking about as well. I second the suggestion. They make dirty diapers a little more manageable on the road.
It is so much fun packing for our children isn't it?
I have to keep reminding myself I'm only in Guatemala for five days not five weeks.
See you at the Embassy!
So excited for you!! Only 2 suitcases???
Can't wait to see pics with you together!
Oh Gail, its all coming together. God's perfect time is almost here. Excited for you and cant wait to see your photo upload. Praying for a safe trip for you and smooth transition as I know it will be. Blessings, Susie
LOL!! I already know that I am packing too many clothes for Isabella. I just have too many cute outfits to choose from. See you at the Embassy!!!
Gail,
I've been checking on your progress every so often and am SO HAPPY to see you are nearing the end of this journey and will be bringing your beautiful baby girl home in no time at all! Gives me goosebumps. Congratulations!

You're ahead of me! I'm still gathering and piling, lol! I'm leaving the same day you are (still hoping to run into you in the airport) and you're by far, ahead!
