Owie!!

Johanna is wearing shorts today since the weather is so nice. It is about 80 degrees outside. Downside, she got her first skinned knee. She didn't even know it and I don't know when or how it happened. I just saw it on her knee. After I pointed it out she started fussing about it but I told her it was okay. I washed it and put a band-aid on it. If my little girl is going to start getting owies, I am going to have to get some girly band-aids. She is wearing Diego right now.

This week's Favorite Foto Friday theme is SILLY. Johanna is pretty silly sometimes but I don't get many pictures of those moments. Below are two pictures of her with some new clothes on. She is suppose to be posing for Mommy and showing off her new clothes. Instead I got SILLY.

FFF - Love

This week's Favorite Foto Friday theme is love. I decided to make mine "Love at first sight."

This is what I saw the first time I laid eyes on my Johanna. It was August 3, 2007 and it was "love at first sight."


The first time I saw Johanna in person was at the airport in Guatemala. It was "love at first sight" all over again.

Feeding Frenzy (Part II)

I think I did a post on Johanna eating once before so this will be part two. We have five one year olds in our daycare that feed themselves. For some reason, Johanna is the only one that makes a huge mess. Perhaps it is because she enjoys eating so much (just like her Mommy.) Below are pictures of Johanna eating mashed potatoes.

Still Here!!

I have had several people let me know that I haven't updated my blog in quite awhile. So, here are some pictures to let you all know we are still here. We got a new McDonalds in town last month and decided to go check it out when my nephew was in town with his family.
