PGN - Praise God Now . . . and forever!!

I finally broke down and called PGN this morning. It only took 4 tries to get through. You can probably guess what Laura told me by the title of the post. LOL
I got out of PGN on January 28!!! Today is my sil's birthday so we are really going to celebrate.
Thank you for all the prayers. Please pray now that I get Johanna's Mixco birth certificate without too much delay.

What PGN Really Stands For

A blog friend (Stacy) told me I needed to post this on my blog.

The other night I couldn't sleep. Usually when I can't sleep, I spend the time in prayer. That night I was praying about my case and PGN. God spoke to me while I was praying about what PGN means to Him and should mean to me. It is "Praise God Now!" Yes, that is what God wants me to do! Praise Him for what He is going to do. So now PGN means just that to me . . . PRAISE GOD NOW!!!!

Thank you God that You are going to see this case through to the end.

Six Weeks!

I have been in PGN six weeks now. I should have about two weeks left. I don't think I have ever prayed so much in my life. I am trusting God for this process and am amazed at the peace I feel.
Hang in there Johanna Faith. Mommy will be down to get you soon.

3-4 Weeks in PGN

I found out today that my case entered PGN December 10. That means I have been in either 3 or 4 weeks. I am going with 3 weeks because of the holidays. That is good! I am getting so much closer and really praying for no kickouts.

Pray for Foster Sister

Yesterday I found the family that has the other baby in Johanna's foster home. Johanna's foster sister is about 9 months old. I was thrilled to find them.
Today they got bad news. They got a kickout of PGN. This is not an easy fix either. Apparently the birth mother has two birth certificates. The attorney has to have one of them cancelled. This has to be done by a judge and the family was told it usually takes several months. Once this is done it's back to PGN. PRAY FOR A MIRACLE!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!

New Pictures!! Update!!!! IN PGN!!!!!!!!

I got updated medical and photos today. I knew they were coming today. I got a sign from God yesterday when my Pastor accidentally said our Christmas program was going to be on July 23 instead of December 23. Johanna's birthday is July 23.

Johanna weighs just over 14 pounds!! I emailed my coordinator and asked "What are they doing to my baby? She is a chub!" She gained 5 pounds in 2 months. The attorneys said she is the happiest baby they have ever worked with. I like that!!

Another great thing is that WE ARE IN PGN!!!!

Just Waiting

And waiting is something I am really tired of. I wouldn't mind it so much if I were waiting while something is going on. But nothing happens. I got PA Dec. 2 and am waiting to get into PGN. Haven't heard anything from my attorney. Waiting over two months for updated photos and medical information on my daughter. That is the waiting I am most tired of.

Pre-Approval!!!!

Day 45 since dna got to the embassy.
I just checked my email and pre-approval was there.
I was told I could go into PGN almost right away!!
I am soooooooooo excited!!

Please Mr. Postman . . .

The I-171H is what I need to get my referral. I thought I wanted to wait to get my referral as late as possible. I have since changed my mind. Reading the blogs of friends who are visiting their babies, getting out of FC, getting out of PGN and getting PINKS is making my desire for my referral even greater. Please, Mr. Postman!!!
